My grandfather passed away recently and left me with three firearms, I was hoping to learn more about them.

Album here.

I know that the rifle and bayonet he brought back from WW2, and the larger pistol he carried after the war when he was living in Baltimore. Neither my father nor grandmother knows anything about the small engraved pistol.

Any information would be appreciated. Are any of these historically interesting weapons? I don't know much about guns I'm afraid, but if they have historical value I want to make sure I treat them right.

Looks totally worthless, but I'll drive up to Baltimore and take it off your hands, free of charge!

The rifle is a Wz. 29, that is to say, a Polish Mauser, based off the German K98 and chambered in 8mm Mauser. Very good historical value, and a collector would pay a lot for one in good condition, especially with a matching bayonet! Since it is a war bring back, I would assume that it lacks an import mark (don't worry, that isn't required or anything), which would also be a boost to its value. Hard to get a sense of its condition from the pictures, but it looks to be OK. For care, at the least I would recommend going over it with a silicone rag. They are cheap and can be found at a hunting or fishing supply store.

As for the revolvers... not my forte. Try /r/guncollecting, they would help you out.

You could also try /r/guns or /r/whatisthisthing.

I've only seen one revolver that has a folding trigger, and that is the Italian Bodeo revolver, though the barrel on yours appears to be significantly shorter. Perhaps its a variant of the Bodeo revolver

Edit: on second thought, i think it is the French revolver variant. Pretty cool that theres multiple types of revolvers that have folding triggers!
