[META]Should we somehow compile posts so people who don't have time can read them?

There are a lot of interesting posts posted in this subreddit, but a lot of people here(including me) don't even have time to seriously read them all. With more subscribers, they are going to be even more post and more to read, which isn't bad- we got more info. Should we somehow organize this subreddit, so you could read posts you don't have time to read during the week?

Firstly, there are the Popular Questions pages in this subreddit's wiki, where threads about questions that get asked repeatedly are collected.

Secondly, there are the Sunday Day of Reflection threads, which is described as: "Nobody can read everything that appears here each day, so in this thread we invite you to share anything you'd like to highlight from the last week".

I think curating the content as much as possible is a big deal. The moderators already do a pretty good job with it, but the sheer quantity is pretty staggering. If we could find a way to do it, that would be a nice boon. Reddit doesn't necessarily have a way to set it up too easily - does anyone know of any extensions or mods or something that might help?
