Can someone suggest a good book that details without any bias, the exploits of the Luftwaffe against the Western Allied forces?

Even if its not about the Luftwaffe, but a particular pilot, I would like it too

'JG 26 - Top Guns of the Luftwaffe' by Donald Caldwell would be my recommendation if you want to read about the Luftwaffe experience with the air war in the west (mostly), but I'm not sure what you mean by 'without any bias'.
