This is difficult to answer, because the Japanese could not expand as they desired with the American naval and air bases in the Pacific still intact. They had to attack Pearl Harbour to continue their expansion. You'll have to be really specific in order to get any answer out of this, especially as America was supplying the allies before they entered the war with the lend-lease scheme. Questions like this always struggle, because there are so many factors to take into account that the scenario becomes pointless once you remove one of the biggest players, and by extension, something driving the decision making during much of the war.
