I'm writing on the evolution of armored warfare throughout the 20th Century. What are some sources r/AskHistorians would suggest?

Hello, I asked this question 2 days ago, and the only reply I received was deleted. Like the last one, I'm not asking the info to be presented for me. I'm simply asking to be directed towards resources about armored warfare that would be helpful for understanding the role armor has played throughout the 20th century. I have done my own research and found quite a few sources, but I would still like to hear from r/AskHistorians.

Thank you.

Death Traps by Belton Cooper is an excellent memoir of a junior officer of the American 3rd Armored Division in WWII assigned to repair/recovery duty, of which there was a lot of work to be done thanks to the Sherman tank being outgunned and under armored compared to its German counterparts. Its been a few years since I've read it but it really does offer an excellent look into some of the less publicized and less glamorous, yet still absolutely critical and important (and often dangerous) aspects of tank warfare in WWII.
