It's true Germans saw more actions than others, but not to the extend that would justify such disproportion. So what were the factors that made this list so one sided?
The Germans would have seen a lot more action - which you mention. But that also meant they got a lot more experience.
Also, a lot of the combat they saw was against inferior aircraft. Maybe not all, but a lot.
And because the Luftwaffe was so busy for so long, and with such experienced personnel, they often had superior tactics, training and strategies.
All this combines to give them some pretty substantial advantages.
It was commented on in the thread about aces from this week. Other militaries tended to rotate aces out (for training, etc..) and the Germans - not so much. (May be untrue.)
