What was pre-Christian Visigoth religion like?

Great question, but there is a problem here: when dealing with the religions of pre-conversion, pre-literate societies, there is typically scarce and problematic information. We are left with connecting dots from diverse flawed sources. These include documents written by people who didn't like the Visigoths, documents written by people looking back through lens of conversions (after decades or centuries), and the analogy presented by equally problematic concepts of what other Germanic people believed, based on similarly troubled sources. If you Google "pre-Christian Germanic religion" or "pre-Christian Visigoth religion" you will find sources (largely wiki articles) of more or less value. It will give you as good an idea as you can get anywhere else, I'm afraid. The perception of Visigoth religion is inherently flawed.
