Hey dude. I'm not a mod so take this with a pinch of salt if you will, but you might want to repost your questions with a slightly rephrased title as it's pretty much in the "Historical What-If" camp right now and such questions aren't allowed.

Maybe a better title would be "How much effect did the French mutinies of 1917 have on their war effort?".

If you want to ask about the mutinies - what happened, what caused them, the reaction by various factions - please feel free to resubmit your question rephrased, but right now as your primary aim is speculation, I've had to remove it. This is best suited for /r/HistoricalWhatIf.
