I am just trying to find out what type of ship it was or likely was, a brigantine, barque, sloop? etc.
With 46 guns, the "Fancy" was most likely a full rigged ship.

The "Fancy" was originally named the "Charles II" and was built by the Spanish. This article says that Henry Avery had her "razeed" (some of the superstructure of poop decks, after castles and fore castles removed) to make her more seaworthy and weatherly and faster (though that would not have altered her rig).
