If I'm a farmer in mid-1800s Midwest America, what does my day-to-day life around the year look like?

Farm work in short. Also, American farmers didn't really make it past the Ohio river until the early 19th century, and that really isn't the Midwest, at least to this Texan. Basically wake up collect eggs, milk cows, eat a light breakfast, then go out to the fields, depending on the time of year, would dictate what they did. Then around noon-early afternoon eat a big lunch that the women were preparing since a bit after waking up. Next, go back out and either fix stuff or tend crops. When it gets close to dark go back eat a smallish supper and go to bed. Rinse and repeat til Sunday, then they would still milk the cows to make sure they don't dry up, get eggs, and go to church, come back eat and relax for a day. Then back at it.
