Where in continental Europe was Napoleon most popular / least popular?

In essence, I know Napoleon marched through Europe, deposed ancien regimes, and in many cases was met with large scale collaborations. Looking for contributions in any or all of these sectors. If possible outline the major factions within the states to give an idea of who won.

E.g: Minorities favoring Napoleon, or rural majorities, or urban republican bourgeoise etc.

Class and Ethnic conflicts experts could have a lot to contribute here. I am aware of the Monarchist - Republican dispute, but as Napoleon ruled as a Monarch I wonder if there were cases were populations aided him and, after his crowning, turned against him?

Experts on European Royalty would be helpful here to help understand why certain dynasties or families were favorable to Napoleon and others not. He did seem to marry an Austrian, and invade Austria later I think. Forgive my ignorance about this that is why I am asking.

as for the regions outlined in the points, I am equally interested in opposition and collaboration. Evidence or motivations as to why populations welcomed or opposed Napoleonic France's would be ideal.

South

  • Italy: i know he was popular in parts of Italy, I am most interested in Naples, Tuscany, and Venice.

  • Ottoman Space / Empire: As a known enemy of the knights of Malta I suspect he may have been viewed favorably in the Maghreb, after his episodes in Egypt and the Levant I am curious of how tense the 'Illyrian' and Greek border was

Central

  • German Lands: I noticed that Bavaria controls Salzburg and Sud Tyrol, which suggests to me that they were willing collaborators whereas Austria and Prussia were known enemies of Napoleon. I am also curious about the other states such as Westphalia, and whether there were factions within Austria and Prussia (Slavs, Hungarians, Romanians etc) who may have been favorable to Napoleon.

  • Low Countries: I noticed the assimilation into metropolitan France and am curious if there were anti-French insurgencies or ideological disputes or perhaps was there widespread collaboration

East

  • Poland: would be curious to here if there were Poles who opposed Napoleon, I suspect they were mostly favorable to him

  • Balkans: As Napoleon had opposed Russia and Austria I am curious if Romanians, Serbs, or anti-Habsburg monarchists, ethno-religious minorities, and Ukrainians joined Napoleon's forces when he eventually invaded Russia?

North

  • Scandinavia: I have no knowledge as to this region's role in the era other than Sweden's consistent opposition.
