Why are there no media depictions (movies) of the famous battles (Sluys, Crecy, Agincourt, etc.) fought during the 100 years wars ?

The definitive "media" portrayal of Agincourt predates movies by a little bit- it's Shakespeare's Henry V. For my money, the best film adaptation is hands down Kenneth Branagh's 1989 version. The full movie is up on Youtube, albeit with Spanish subtitles underneath.
