What do the Germans call the name "James" (Disciple of Jesus) and the name "Jacob" (AKA Israel)?

I'm trying to confirm whether they are the same name or not. Apparently, James is a French variation right before English.

Jacob = Jakob

James = Jakobus

By the way, names in different languages can easily gotten by finding your thing of interest on wikipedia, then on the left side choose the target language, "Deutsch" in this case.
