This is a debate question on normative values (ie. not set in stone).

You would have to do extensive thinking and reading on social theory to come up with any idea, and define the values you're going with. This is not something historians like to do, or would do in a definite way as you're asking.

All in all, I think you're in the wrong sub. I don't know which you'd be better off in, but this one isn't it :(.
