Obviously they got their civil rights, but i'm talking about things that still happen today that the Civil Rights Movement aimed to end, Like widespread poverty.
Poverty is still a massive problem in the United States, particularly for African Americans, but there has been a tremendous improvement in the standard of living since the 1950's which began during the height of the Great Society.
