I'm writing a paper on the Punic wars, most notably technology and political advancements. I need primary sources and I am quite lost. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
The best primary source you could use is Polybius' Histories found here thanks to WikiSource. You could look at Livy's History of Rome to supplement that.
A few primary sources for you, largely on the second but usually covering more than that.
Appian's The Hannibalic War and The Wars in Spain.
Livy's The History of Rome.
Polybius' The Histories.
Cassius Dio also covers it in Roman History, but I forget which part.
Most of these are accessible online at Perseus or at this site.
