Why is the Russian Revolution of 1905 called a 'Revolution' when the Tsar remained in charge?

I don't know that I need sources for this precisely, since it's a fairly simply answered question:

It was called a "Revolution" because it led to the establishment of the Duma and the quasi constitutional-monarchy that existed in Russia from 1905-1917. Additionally, many radicals in the St. Petersburg attempted to have a far more radical revolution.
