I think you're on the wrong sub for this-- basically, you need to think about how much land, building supplies, and labor would cost for this kind of project, and historians aren't gonna be able to help you with that.

You might want to check an architects' or engineers' sub or something, and be a bit more specific about what you're looking for (ie. size, dimensions, materials, etc.)
