My question to you is are SS soldiers (of Germany) buried in there as well? Also are their graves treated similarly to USA's Arlington? (sorry. Only example I know)

Are you including the Wehrmacht as Nazi soldiers? That would help people answer your question.

You may interested in the story of Michael Wittmann, the SS Panzer Ace now buried at the La Cambe German cemetery in Normandy, France, nearby the well-known American cemetery. He and his crew were buried in an unmarked grave following the destruction of their tank in 1944, but efforts in 1983 by the German war grave commission led to their graves being located and re-interred at La Cambe. His grave can be found decorated today.
