I realise you understand that 'jihad' is not technically an applicable term for Christianity, since it is actually an Islamic concept, but there isn't really a comparable idea within Christianity. The closest concept is "holy war", but even this is not the idea that was implemented in the Crusades, i.e. they did not derive their inspiration from the kind of aggressive war depicted in the biblical book of Joshua when the Israelites invade Canaan. Rather, they situated/depicted their war as "reclaiming the holy land" as well as "defending fellow Christians" in line with the evolution of a doctrine of just war.
But the language of crusades was centralised in the 13th century and died of in the 15th century with wars against the Turkish powers. No one is likely to use crusader terminology to speak of 'Christian wars' past that period, and there are no recent examples of this kind of religiously motivated and organised warfare directed against Muslims.
