Not really. There has, historically, been a Jewish mafia of sorts--a number of Jews were involved in organized crime, most notably Meyer Lansky. But figures like Lansky were mostly involved in gambling operations, not political meddling in the US (though organized crime, including Lansky specifically, was pro-Batista in the Cuban revolution, which was directly related to the gambling). A number of these guys were also Jewish, but they were involved in murder in crime circles.

The theme of a shadowy Jewish group controlling politics is a very old anti-semitic canard--it's been claimed about various governments for at least a century. Without any serious evidence of it, and that claim's history as a common (false) anti-Jewish claim, there's really no reason to not dismiss it as bigoted nonsense.
