I was curious about how the wives of concentration camp komadants would be dealt with by post-war society - would they have been seen as benefitting from the regime, or even encouraging genocide, to a level justifying a criminal trial? Would they have been seen as passive members of the party? What about the wives of industrialist who financial benefitted from the regime?
