Did Christ ever officiate someone's wedding?

While it's possible, there's no record anywhere of it happening. The only narrative about Jesus that's at all detailed is the Christian bible, and it has big gaps in the narrative. So while it's possible, there's no reason to think so, either.

Note that Jewish weddings in antiquity weren't "officiated" in the modern sense. Clergy aren't required (they are today so they'll be legally recognized, and over time it became the general practice to have them. Regardless, it's not clear whether Jesus would've counted as "clergy"), nor does anyone really need to perform the ceremony. The main action of the ceremony is the bride and groom formalizing their marriage, which must be witnessed. You don't need anyone to do anything besides watch.

So there's no reason to think so, and weddings during the period wouldn't've been "officiated" in the modern sense.
