Camp Sumter is considered to be one of the worst Civil War prisons, are there any civil war prisons that had the same conditions as Camp Sumter but just weren't as well known?

While Sumter was definatly the worst, with a prisoner mortality rate of 29% and a total of 12,920 dead, there were several others that had similar mortality rates (but much fewer total deaths) Salibury NC with 24% death rate and Elmira, NY with a 24% death rate are two of the many prison camps on both sides with high mortality rates
