What was the relationship between church and state like in France during the July Days?

More specifically, what were Charles X and Louis Phillipe involvement in with the church? Also, for the sake of a shorter title, I used the July Days, but any information preceding it and after it are welcomed; answers don't have to deal exclusively with the July Revolution.

In theory, the monarchy gave back to the curch a lot of their old power. In reality, she had just some kind of influence on different topics, but couldn't force anything and wasn't listened too much either.

She was considered part of the state and had a ministry in it. But she didn't have fund and almost everyone hated her but w/o telling it too loud.

There is several case of the population rampaging churches for some reasons and the government stayed quiet about it. They prefered to sacrifice their relation with the church instead of losing even more the trust of the population.

Before that she wasn't liked at all. After the first revolution the church lost almost all her power and has basically no influence at all, under napoleon she gained some again, but nothing really important, just enough for napoleon to stay in good terms with the pope. And after, she lost all her power again, but had still some influence on specific topic like education for example.
