Yes I am sure there are others but on that instantly springs to mind is the 6th 7th and 9th Australian divisons that fought as the rats of Tobruk and in various other parts of North Africa. The divisions then moved to fight the Japanese in 1942 when the Australian government requested their return for home defence. So the major battles they fought in were El Alamain and the siege of Tobruk, and Greece / Crete on the western theatre and in the Pacific they fought in Papua, Borneo and Kokoda. So around 50,000 men fought in both theatres.
