Not at all. We have eyewitness accounts from those who were around Hitler in his last days that he killed himself, the Soviets found their remains. Hitler did not escape to Argentina, some high ranking Nazis did, but not Hitler.
This answer has been asked quite a few times over the past few weeks, and it's generally due to the fact that people don't actually read the article. If you'd like, feel free to read /u/Bernardito's post in the link I just posted that explains exactly why the linked FBI document claims nothing of the sort.
TL;DR, it's a compilation of different rumours that the FBI filed away.
