The earliest surviving writing we have are the cuneiform tablets of the Sumerians, ca. 3,000BC(though their culture and writing was well established by then, I don't know of any older writings which have survived). Since agriculture/domesticated crops were developed in the area ca. 10,000BC the answer is no.
