I was talking to my history teacher and we were thinking about what could have happened if the Nazi's had 15, 10, even 5 more years to work. That's what prompted me to ask.
Realistic - Plans that were in motion when they were stopped or actual things that could have happened
Fantasy - The propaganda and thousand year reich sort of stuff
Axis Post war plans from our very own FAQ! Feel free to wander around the FAQ in general for a while, it's approaching TvTropes levels of addiction.
I hope these help!
There was plans drafted up for a colonial sort of system to be used within Eastern Europe and Russia should operation Barbarossa have been successful. These colonies would consist of a "ruling class of soldier/farmers" of Germanic descent, with their own walled off compounds, ruling over a serf-like population of Russians and Slavs. The Russian/Slav population would only be given the most basic level of teaching to allow them to work well as a large labour force. One of Hitlers main aims was his dream of a completely economically autonomous Germany. A nation able to utilise its own resources in the production of consumables with a domestic market large enough to provide adequate demand. This dream of economic autarky was a key reason for Hitlers decision to invade the Soviet Union; He wanted to control a country whose borders stretched from France to the Russian Steppes. Crucial to the invasion was the need for oil to fuel this autonomous nation, many people forget that when Germany conquered Norway, France etc all these countries needed oil to fuel their economies, oil that the conquered countries themselves did not produce. So in 1941 Hitler controlled a vast empire, but relied entirely upon Soviet oil imports to maintain these new acquired economies and to continue the war effort. So not only was an invasion of the Soviet Union crucial in achieving Hitlers dream of economic autarky, it was also fundamentally necessary if Hitler wanted to maintain his war effort without being reliant upon Soviet imports. However the might of Blitzkrieg was unable to defeat the Soviet Union, so this dream was never realised. Asking what might have happened if the Nazis had 5 more years to maneuver ignore the fact that Germany's military success relied on the decisiveness of Hitlers tactics. Germany was able to conquer so much so quickly because it had struck at the perfect moment and moved on so rapidly. If Hitler had paused after the victories over Poland, France etc the momentum would be lost, the Allies would have had enough time to prepare and Germany would be unable to pursue its territorial objectives any further. This is especially true in the case of Russia, as I have said Germany had to invade to avoid becoming being reliant on the Soviets, and 1941 was the most opportune moment Hitler could possibly have picked. However despite Soviet tactics playing into German hands perfectly up until Stalingrad, Hitler was unable to defeat Russia. And due to the rapidly increasing industrialisation of Russia, if Germany had had another 5 years to prepare, Russia would have only been even more able to meet Germany head on; having more time to prepare would not have made things easier for the Hitler. In my opinion there is no situation in which this dream of autarky could be realised simply because Germany was never and could never be in a position in which it would be able to defeat Russia.
Edit: Heres an article on Hitler's quest for economic autarky and the need for oil if anyone's interested: http://joelhayward.org/hitlers-quest-finished.pdf
