Not really, at least not particularly vocally.
The HRE was noticeably absent from the First Crusade due to the ongoing Investiture Contest - the imperially-backed Antipope Clement III was still alive, and, in point of fact, in possession of Rome when the Crusade was declared. There are other instances of such political disputes disrupting crusades, but there was not an opposition to the idea of crusade itself.
