I see that this post is acquiring a few early downvotes. I double checked the rules and the only thing I can think of is that this question could be invalidated by the "No current events" rule, as it deals with matters that are only a decade old. If that's the reason for the downvotes, I understand, and I would love to be directed to a more appropriate subreddit for this question. I haven't found any other place to ask qualified historians a question such as this.
