You're asking historians how Russia ended up like you see it in stupid YouTube videos? They're highly edited to show only the worst of the worst, not to represent the actual reality of the country.

Are you aware there was a whole TV show dedicated to America's worst drivers? That doesn't represent the reality of the USA, either.

I've removed this question, because historians simply can't explain what got shown in a silly YouTube video called "Russian Road Rage and Car Crashes 2012".
