I think this is very anachronistic. LGBT culture is a modern phenomenon, and you cant meaningfully project this back in time on art history.
Hey! I'm removing this question because of our rules regarding homework help, specifically:
Don't just give us your essay/assignment topic and ask us for ideas. Do some research of your own, then come to us with questions about what you've learned.
Here's what I'm going to ask you to do - narrow your focus on what you've found so far and come back to us with an actual question about your topic. It sounds like a really interesting topic! But right now, you're right, it's too broad. In fact, it's too broad for what we look for from a question in this subreddit. This, along with the heading of the post ("Lesbian and Gay Art History" rather than an actual question) is why, I suspect, you're not getting any responses.
Pick one of the sources you've found so far, tell us what you already know, and ask a question about what you don't know. Make sure you put that question as the title of the post. You'll likely get a lot more responses than you have so far.
Plus, it won't make people feel like you're asking them to do your homework for you.
Let us know if you have any questions about why your post was removed!
Okay I do apologize for coming off that way. I will do what you have asked thank you! This is my first time ever on this site or ever doing a research paper so I again apologize. Thanks for the feed back.
