I am doing a semester-long project on the rise and fall of different dynasties throughout history. This was a fairly simple project until I came to the Ottoman Empire. It was very hard to get information regarding the Ottoman Empire that was supported by more than one source.

What I am asking from you historians is to tell me all about the following: science and technology,military, foreign stability, domestic stability, economy, and competition. The instructions as to what I should be looking for were very vague, so any information would help.
