Is there a specific time period that you are looking at because in terms of "The Rise of Europe" there could be a multitude of causes within a certain area.

Such as my area of French history; France doesn't owe a single contribution to her rise but rather a series of unique events and luck chances in respect to politics, military, social, and even religious history.

So is there a specific area that you wish to further expand upon?
