The reports you're looking for are contained in "The War of the Rebellion - Series 1, Volume XLVI, Parts 1-3"

At one point I was able to pull PDF files of parts 1 and 2 off of google books. Currently I can find, Part 1 here, Part 2 here. For some reason I still can't find part 3 up there, which means my collection of the series is woefully incomplete.

Either way, look under Richmond in the indexes of those two books. Part II seems to have more Confederate reports.
