Why wasnt Sweden attacked during ww2?
Why couldnt the cooperation continue after ww2? Im guessing the cold war, but are there any other factors?
Also sorry if my english is bad, its not my usual speech.
There are several reasons why Sweden wasn't attacked in WWII, the primary reason being that there was no need to.
Sweden managed to remain neutral throughout the war by catering to both sides. Germany was able to gain much of the resources needed from Sweden (primarily iron ore) just by buying it from them. They also helped the allies by accepting refugees from Nazi Germany, most notably the 95% of Danish Jews.
Another reason is that Sweden was completely surrounded by German-occupied territory and therefore in that way neutralized. There was no threat to Germany with Sweden surrounded - unlike Norway where the allies actually made a couple attempts at retaking it through coastal raids and the support of a large militia group. The closest Sweden actually came to war was when the Soviets attempted to take Finland, therefore opening up a front.
To sum it up, there was no need to attack Sweden because the Nazis were already getting the resources needed from Sweden without a fight, and that Sweden was effectively surrounded, neutralizing any real threat to German Stability.
I'm not quite sure what you mean by the second question, could you write in Swedish?
