Yes off hand Daniel Webster served in the house from both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Given the tremendous tremendous demographic shift to the west I wouldn't be surprised if there were several other figures as well for the time period.

I just stumbled upon this article, which claims that there have been only two people to represent different states in the Senate: Shields (as I mentioned in another comment), and Waitman T. Willey (Virginia and West Virginia).
