Not really. The most interesting case of American & Israeli actions going against one another was the Suez Crisis. After Nasser nationalized the Suez Canal in 1956, Britian/France/Israel teamed up to remove him from power. They were successful militarily but the United States & Soviet Union stopped them from achieving their objectives.
American support of Israel didn't really exist until about twenty years into Israel's history. Around the time of the 1967 war, things began to shift. Nasser was supported by the Soviet Union of course. Israel really wanted to be an ally of the United States. Their capture of a MiG-21 was helpful to the United States. The 1973 war saw the United States & Soviet Union supporting the Israelis & the Arabs respectively. Israel eventually won the war and Egypt drifted out of the Soviet Sphere following the Camp David Accords in 1978.
