How difficult would it be for a woman to get a post-secondary education in Nazi Germany?

I read somewhere that starting in 1936, strict quotas were enforced stating that no more than 10% of a university's student body could be female, due to the Nazi attitude that a woman's place was in the home, being a mother and wife. What kind of woman went to college under the Nazi regime? Was it only the very wealthy? Did women from other countries ever travel to Germany to study during this period (as Classicist Edith Hamilton did 40 years before)? Were there limits as to what they could study? What difficulties would the average female student encounter as they pursued their degree during this time?

I'm from germany and my grandmother lived through WW2. She told me that she went to a school like we do nowadays, so the basic education was usual. But later on, tasks for a women was only to serve their family, raise the kids, clean the house, take care of the animals maybe. On a later stage of the war, were almost every man had to serve as a soldier or was already dead, the women had to work in the factories to produce ammunition or wapons, so women did not really had the chance to study or anything and i think a lot of rich people weren't intrested. sorry for my bad english but i hope i could help a little :)
