How did the Nazi's Nuremberg Laws not bring about a whole new "Aryan" socio-economic class in the 1930's?

Can you clarify exactly what you mean by "Aryan socio-economic class"? I can tell you that, in terms of the overall German economy, restrictions on Jews didn't have a huge effect, because Germany had a pretty small Jewish population - about 500,000 out of 67 million, so less than 1%.
