I absolutely abhor the ideology, but I think there is a lot of very interesting music produced around that time.

Even if not produced, the march songs were very carefully selected AFAIK.

I'd love to hear more about it, and if someone could point me in the right direction as to where I can learn more about it that would be very interesting for me to look into.
