How much of the Bible's content is original and how much is borrowed from previous religions and ideologies?

That's an extremely vague question. If you could narrow it down to either Jesus' story, The Apocalypse, Genesis, etc. I'd be happy to answer those.

As another noted, this question is very vague. I'll seize on one low-hanging and strangely-relevant fruit: Noah and the Flood.

There are flood narratives in many ancient cultures, some of which predate (or perhaps occur concurrently with) the flood narrative of the old testament. The myth of Deukalion and Pyrrha is one example. The Sumerians believed that the god Enlil destroyed the world by flood and instructed a priest to save the animals in a giant ship. Another version appears in Gilgamesh. A little digging will turn up similar myths from the Near East, as well as examples from Central Asia, the Far East, ancient North America, and several from South America.
