The wikipedia page offers excellent factual commentary of what occurred but nothing to do with whether it altered relations between the Canadian government and the nation's aboriginal groups, nor about any changes in understanding or legislation between the two parties. Also, did its handling undermine Quebec to anglophone Canadians?
