This sub is dedicated to discussing history, which, for our purposes is restricted to events that occurred more than 20 years ago, i.e. prior to 1994. As such, it's against the rules for respondents to discuss current affairs or to speculate.

If you're interested in North Korea's historical abilityto provide for itself, you're welcome to re-post with a reworded title. If you're interested in North Korea's current/future state, I'd suggest x-posting to a sub that specializes in Asian politics and current affairs.
