Why there is a reletively big difference when it comes to World War II casualties between the German and English Wikipedia?

English Wikipedia:

Germany: 4,300,000 to 5,500,000 military deaths

Soviet Union: 8,700,000 to 13,850,000 military deaths

German Wikipedia:

Germany: 3.250.000 military deaths

Soviet Union: 13.600.000 military deaths
