In the modern English-speaking world, our speech disfluency "words" include "uh," "um," "em," "erm," etc. Do we have any indication what the equivalent words would have been in the ancient world (any ancient society)?

As an extra bonus, here is a list of modern examples from around the world.

This is probably a better question for /r/asklinguistics, but that sub isn't very active.
