You should read about the German Hjalmar Schacht who helped rebuild the economy. Also do some research on the MEFO bills which helped pay for Germanys rebuild it's military. The massive Autobahn building which helped lower the unemployment rate. also the outlaw of strikes, consolidation of unions into state controlled unions, and boards of directors in charge of these unions. Reoccupation of the Rhineland helped as this held much resources and industries. I'm sorry I can't list more examples but I figured this could at least help since nobody else is answering.
