The photo says "Food would be ... freely available". Yes, we all want food but how much food? What types of food?
In capitalist economies, these types of decisions are made every day with our purchases. What we pay for encourages companies to make for us.
In communist economies, the "people" will theoretically provide all the food that is needed on the expectation that the "people" will provide them with clothing, etc. But as a farmer in the countryside, you really don't know what / how much food to provide to the city. So the government steps in and says "Grow this".
This results in two issues. 1) How can the government know what to grow? How can one team of people stock every grocery store in the country with a specified amount of food? For one government to organize all of that is enormous and leaves a large margin for error. 2) As a farmer, how much do you trust the "people" or government to just give you clothing / heating oil, etc when you will need it in the future. Will you be recognized for extra work to produce extra food?
Both of those factors result in under production and self dealing by the government. Which results in a poor selection or poor quantity of food available at your local store.
Also, on a side note -10 / 12 slogans presented are pretty standard liberal / socialist platforms as well. So the Communist Party of Oklahoma isn't being that revolutionary these days.
Edit - fix wrong word selection

Alternatively, in your opinion, do you believe a system of communism would be possible in any country at all? Thank you in advance.
