• He established anti-trust and anti-tariff laws
• Made child labor illegal and made it easier to unionize
• Established the FTC
• Civil rights, especially with African-Americans were still an issue. He promised to pass laws but never did
• He claimed to be an isolationist however he joined WW1 during his presidency as well as intervened in Mexican affairs
• Proposed his "14 Points", which only ended up in forming the League of Nations that the United States did not join.
